Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist Experience: 2-3 Years Location: New Jersey Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email automation tools, audience segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and lead nurturing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. Design and manage email workflows, drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails. Segment email databases and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness. Maintain and update email subscriber lists while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop engaging email content. Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations. Track marketing automation performance and recommend optimization strategies. Generate regular reports and present campaign results to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing. Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and customer lifecycle marketing. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lead nurturing and customer engagement campaigns. Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
