Manages sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for their assigned specialties and geography. Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.(Intended for use by SHSO)Job Description:This is a hybrid position that requires flexibility and regular travel across the Bay Area, Valley, and Sacramento regions. This role partners with a diverse range of departments, business areas, and medical leaders across the organization.This is a full-service physician recruitment position requiring strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, demonstrated physician recruitment experience, and the ability to conduct effective onsite visits with leaders and candidates.
